Walking For Health
Our Kick Start to Health programme has access to trained walk leaders who lead a number of structured weekly 2 mile walks throughout North Liverpool.
The walk for health programme also has a monthly walk which is a bit more strenuous and challenging and ranges from 4 to 10 miles.
Weekly walks
The weekly walks are held in a number of communities and utilise parks and green spaces within:
- Anfield
- Breckfield
- Everton
The walks have attracted residents from diverse backgrounds and with different health issues and problems
Walk for Health Project
The walk for health project has also delivered monthly walks in:
- Wales
- Lake District
- Delamore Forrest
- Southport
- New Brighton
Kick Start to Health programme
Our Kick Start to Health programme has organised walks for a number of groups that include:
- Diabetics
- The Homeless Community
- Local Men / Women
- Homeless Men’s Groups
- Over 50’s
- Young people from11 to 16 yrs
- People with Learning Disabilities
